Incident Summary: House Fire

At approximately 10:00 on Sunday, 22 June 2025, the NCA Gauteng Response Team responded to a residential fire in Brakpan.

Scene Overview:

• The structure was fully engulfed upon arrival.

• The house was completely destroyed by the fire.

• Tragically, there was a loss of life at the scene.

Response and Handover:

• All relevant emergency services were present, including Fire, EMS, SAPS, and local disaster management.

• The first NCA responder assessed the scene and handed it over to the appropriate authorities for further action.
