NCA SUCCESS REPORT
GP RESPONSE TEAM
Date: 14 July 2025
While on routine patrol, NCA responders noticed a recurring alarm activation at a residential property. Moments later, three unidentified individuals appeared on the property.
Assistance was immediately requested from a private security firm. Upon realising they had been spotted, the suspects fled the scene. Responders pursued them and they temporarily disappeared from sight. The suspects were later spotted again on Main Street.
The private security firm intercepted the suspects for questioning. One suspect was found to be armed. SAPS was notified and arrived on the scene. The scene, along with the recovered weapon, was formally handed over to SAPS for further investigation.
Conclusion:
Once the necessary handover was completed, responders withdrew from the scene.
