At approximately 3:20 a.m., NCA Response team members heard a loud bang. Upon investigation, they found a Mercedes-Benz bakkie overturned alongside a damaged lamp post on Van den Berg Street.
An ambulance arrived shortly after and transported the patient to Medforum Hospital. Additionally, Metro Police were notified as per Namola protocols.
Metro Police arrived on the scene and managed the removal of the vehicle to a salvage site. The NCA Response team then withdrew from the area.
NCA appreciates the cooperation and support of all individuals involved.
