NCA SUCCESS REPORT
GP RESPONSE TEAM
Date: 11 July 2025

Location: Corner of Heidelberg Street and Kingfisher Street, Elspark

NCA responders were dispatched to a serious motor vehicle accident at the above-mentioned location. Upon arrival, it was immediately established that one patient was classified as P4 (deceased).

The patient was pronounced dead on the scene. Paramedics, chaplains, and private security personnel were already present and remained on-site, awaiting the arrival of the SAPS to proceed with official protocols.

Eyewitness Accounts:
According to witnesses, a motorcycle en route to deliver goods collided with a vehicle. The impact caused the rider to be launched over the motorcycle’s handlebars. The rider’s head struck the windshield of an oncoming Mercedes-Benz, resulting in the body being flung approximately 100 metres further, ultimately leading to instant fatal injuries.

Once all emergency and support services completed their tasks, the scene was cleared. The NCA responder withdrew after ensuring all responsibilities were fulfilled.

Acknowledgements:
NCA extends sincere gratitude to all role players who assisted at the scene, including emergency medical personnel, chaplains, security officers, and law enforcement.
