NCA SUCCESS REPORT

NCA members received an urgent call for assistance at Elandspoort, Pretoria West. Upon arrival on scene, members encountered a severely distressed homeowner who had just been the victim of an armed house robbery. It was established that a physical altercation took place between the homeowner and the suspects, as the homeowner attempted to protect his belongings. The interior of the residence was left in disarray as a result of the struggle. A firearm replica was recovered on scene.
As per IER protocol, SAPS Pretoria West was dispatched to the location. The following suspect vehicles and movements were reported: One dark silver VW Polo with three suspects, last seen traveling east towards Westfort , One white VW Polo with two suspects, last seen traveling north and One suspect fleeing on foot in the direction of Westfort. SAPS opened the following cases: Armed House Robbery,
Malicious Damage to Property and Assault. SAP13 Evidence Collected: Firearm replica, Housebreaking tools and Tablet containing identifiable fingerprints. The scene was processed, and all services subsequently cleared.
