NCA Responder received a voice note stating that there is an motor vehicle accident on 97 5th Avenue we went to go and assist on the scene. As we got there we saw it was one vehicle that sped into an tree infront of 97 taking out there water meter and leaving 4 people injured the two in the back of the car had minor injuries, the driver and the passenger is trapped in the vehicle. Services needed was notified. Ambulance standing down, they required help in lifting the driver out of the vehicle into the ambulance. Paramedics then stabilize the second patient and also loaded him in to the ambulance.
On further inspection it came out the the vehicle involved was fitted with two sets of number plates witch then led to suspicion that his up to no good JMPD immediately said they impounding the vehicle for further inspection.
