NCA SUCCESS REPORT

NCA received a call from a community member requesting medical assistance in Tweespruit, where a municipal worker had fallen from a ladder while repairing power cables.

An ambulance was dispatched by the NCA Dispatcher.

The local clinic nurse was already on scene and awaiting medical equipment, which was delivered by the NCA Dispatcher.

SAPS was present on scene.
Upon assessment, the nurse confirmed that the patient was conscious, able to state his name and surname, and had no visible fractures. A burn mark was observed on one of his hands.
The First Responder stood down at the scene after providing a brief report of findings. The on-scene contact confirmed that the ambulance was en route and would arrive shortly. The scene was officially handed over to the First Responder.
