NCA SUCCESS REPORT
GP RESPONSE TEAM

Response members received an urgent call for assistance at the Pretoria Golf Course, Morkel Street, Danville. Upon arrival on scene, members discovered the body of an adult male in dense vegetation. No visible injuries were observed. As per Namola protocol, Gauteng Medical Services were dispatched to the scene for official declaration of death. Reaction members also contacted the Pretoria West SAPS Station Commander for police assistance.

Gauteng Medical Services (Ambulance A0001-T) for declaration
Forensic Services
SAPS Pretoria West Detectives
Forensic Pathology Services (FPS002)
After all procedures were completed, all services, including Reaction members, departed the scene.
