NCA Responders received a request for assistance from SAPS Pretoria West in the Elandspoort area. Upon arrival on scene, a female complainant requested assistance to safely exit her premises, alleging that visitors at a neighbouring property were threatening her. NCA Responders escorted the complainant to the Pretoria West Police Station, where a case of crimen injuria was opened. She was further advised by a SAPS member to apply for a protection order. An IR number (13690700) was registered for police assistance relating to the complainant’s property, which was being withheld at an address in Danville. SAPS and NCA members responded to the location. SAPS members engaged with the occupant of the premises and successfully negotiated the release of the complainant’s property. No members entered the premises during the process. Once the property was recovered, SAPS and NCA members cleared the scene.
