Timeline of Events:
17:20: Reaction team received a call for assistance regarding a 17-year-old female on Patriot Street, Elandspoort.
17:29: Responders arrived on scene and found the teenager in an emotional state. She is from Pretoria North and had run away from her grandparents’ house approximately two weeks prior.
17:29 – 20:06: It was confirmed that additional investigation was needed. WO van Wyk was informed via private call and requested SAPS assistance.
20:06: SAPS Pretoria West arrived on scene (PW 11).
20:37: The teenager was taken to the police station in the presence of a female police officer.
20:37: All services departed from the scene.
