NCA Responders received a call for assistance regarding a woman and her three underage sons, aged 6, 8, and 9, who had reportedly been living in a park in Schneider Street, Elandspoort, for the past few days.
Upon arrival at the park, no such scene was found. Information was then received that the woman and children were at a different location. Response Members proceeded to the new address and found the woman with her three children, all in an unhygienic condition.
Immediate steps were taken:

Food and clothing were arranged for all.

Calls were made to secure warm sleeping arrangements for the family.
