NCA responders received an urgent call for assistance in Loopgraaf Street, Elandspoort.
Upon arrival, response members found a 33-year-old male in severe pain with a visibly broken right leg. According to the patient, he had been lying at the same spot for three days after being assaulted, with no one willing to help despite his cries of pain.

Medical assistance was dispatched via IER Ref: 100730.

Ambulance A0982 arrived on scene.

The patient was transported P2 to Pretoria West Hospital.
At 12:10, all services left the scene.
