NCA Response members receives a distress call for assistance with a possible P4 in Veldkanon street Elandapoort.
On scene member found a 74 year old male laying in the street. No pulse could be found . No breathing was visible and the skin was wet and cold to the touch.
Per IER ref nr 101915 Ambulance we’re despatched for death declaration and later ref nr IR4511709 for SAPS.
17:48 GPG A0263-T on sceen for declaration.
18:30 PW 16 as well as GPG GSET0129-T arrived.
20:25 SAPD Photography on scene.
21:34 RGL Pathology on scene .
21:57 Deceased been transferred. RGL as well as SAPS left the scene.
22:00 Scene cleared and Reaction member left the scene.
