Responder received information of a hit and run between a Volkswagen Beatle and a scooter. The Volkswagen Beatle has sped off from the scene and was located in Setlaar Street in a premises. Upon arrival a SAPS member listened to both parties and came to the conclusion that this is in fact a personal matter that need to be taken care off by the court. Parties advised to open a case at Police Station as there was no injuries and take it from there. Everyone withdrew from scene.
