NCA SUCCESS REPORT

NCA Responders were dispatched to Fruit Stop in Silverton following a report of an attempted motor vehicle theft. Upon arrival on scene, members confronted the suspects. One suspect fled the scene on foot, while a second suspect escaped in a getaway vehicle. A third suspect was apprehended on scene without resistance and was placed under arrest. It was established that the suspects had attempted to steal a white Mercedes-Benz at the location. Preliminary evidence was secured on scene.
The suspect was handed over to the South African Police Service (SAPS) for further processing. An investigation has been initiated, and efforts are underway to locate the remaining suspects who fled the scene. Resources on scene included NCA Responders, C1 Control, and additional security units. All services cleared the scene upon completion.
