Received a message from the person they need immediate help. We responded without knowing what the situation is. Upon arrival we discovered it was a civil dispute between the landlord and the tenant. Responder advised them that he cannot get involved with the matter and that it is a matter for the police. Roodepoort SAPS was contacted.
