NCA SUCCESS REPORT

A NCA responder was contacted regarding a male suspect allegedly cutting cables on a bridge. Responders immediately proceeded to the scene. Upon arrival, the suspect had already fled the area, leaving his tools behind. Responders conducted a search and located the suspect at a nearby garage. The suspect was positively identified by a witness who had observed the incident. The individual was subsequently apprehended and handed over to the South African Police Service (SAPS). The witness also reported to SAPS to provide a formal statement. Responders thereafter cleared the scene.
