At around 07:45 a message came through on a whatsapp group off patrollers requesting backup at the coner of Houtkop and Leeukuil Drive were they caught a suspect busy cutting cable.
On arrival the Response member met the patrollers and they showed him the suspect and the tools he was using. SAPS dispatched to the scene. Scene was handed over, responder left the scene.
