Responder received a request for assistance with a shootout at Witpoortjie Pick A Pay.
Upon arrival the scene was already cleared, the suspects got away in a white Audi A3 and a white Toyota double cab bakkie.
One G4S officer was shot and was transported to Primary School Dr Havinga, where he then was air lifted to Milpark hospital.
Responder assisted the police to secure the crime scene, and assist SAPS where help was needed.
All services on scene. Responder withdrew from the scene.
