EXTORTION
Unfortunately, “Specialised Security Services” must once
again warn the public against corrupt TMPD-officers using
their position of authority and power to intimidate and extort
bribes from the public.
As previously noted by Mr. Mike Bolhuis:
“Crime begets crime”
and this is part of the vicious and complex circle
of corruption in our country.
