08/12/2025
Response members responded to an urgent call for assistance in Strydom Street, Danville. Upon arrival, members found a DHL delivery vehicle — a white Nissan NP200 — stationary with the engine still running. The reaction member, wearing surgical gloves, switched off the engine and removed the ignition key. The rear doors of the vehicle were open, and all stock had been removed. A cell phone was discovered on the driver’s seat.
Namola confirmed that SAPS had been dispatched under reference number 1611409.
