NCA Responder and RNW Security was returning from another call in the area, we noticed an individual at the easy skip. Upon approaching him, we inquired about his presence on the streets at such an early hour. He stated he was looking for rubbish.
RNW Security then conducted a search of his bags and discovered a large bag of dagga and two knives. We detained him and contacted SAPS. Upon their arrival, they issued a warning and escorted him out of the area. The Response Team then withdrew.
