Reaction members received an urgent call for assistance in Brand Street, Danville, Pretoria West. Reaction members arrived on scene and found a male who had been apprehended and restrained by community members after allegedly breaking into a house and attempting to flee over a palisade fence. As per Namola reference 26934179, SAPS Pretoria West was dispatched to the scene. SAPS unit PW47 arrived. The suspect was placed in the back of the police vehicle while members completed the necessary case documentation and affidavits. The complaint will include charges of housebreaking and theft, as well as malicious damage to property. All services cleared the scene.
