NCA members received an urgent call for assistance at an abandoned white house in Elandspoort, Pretoria West. Upon arrival, members found a homeless individual causing a disturbance. Further investigation led to the identification of a suspect wanted in connection with an assault case from March 2026, in which a female victim was severely assaulted. NCA members attended to both matters on scene. With the assistance of Forensic Security, the suspect was successfully apprehended and transported to SAPS Pretoria West. The investigating detective was informed, and all necessary procedures were completed in accordance with SAP14 and SAP13 requirements. NCA members subsequently cleared the scene.
