+- 250 meters illegally connected cables removed.
2 X Street light Poles been welded close.
Pelser Street ELANDSPOORT:
Illegally connected cable removed from Street light pole towards house.
Nobody home no arrest.
Light pole been sealed of to prevent Tampering.
