NCA response members received word of knife stabbing incident on smallholding behind the Monastery in Kroonstad.
Response members picked up complainant who also disclosed suspect to us. Upon arrival of responders at the scene, patient was in critical condition. Suspect was arrested by responding members and handed over weapon to SAPS as soon as they arrived at the scene.
Ambulances were called, patient stabilized, and transported to hospital. Successful outcome and good communication between all involved.
