Earlier this evening, a report was received regarding two male suspects loitering in De Villiers Street. NCA responders quickly attended the scene and found the homeowner speaking with the men, who subsequently left and were escorted out of the area.
At 20:23, it was reported that one of the men returned to the property, leading to a physical altercation with the resident. An emergency call was made, and NCA responders arrived within minutes; however, the suspect had already fled. Thankfully, the elderly resident was unharmed.
