NCA SUCCESS REPORT
GP RESPONSE TEAM
Date: 18 May 2026
An NCA member reported a loose-hanging copper cable suspended in a tree at the location where the member was working. South African Police Service (SAPS) Moot was notified of the situation, after which the member was contacted. The SAPS Air Wing responded to the scene and successfully removed the cable. The recovered cable will be booked in at SAPS Moot for further handling. All services subsequently cleared the scene.
