NCA Responders rendered assistance where a march took place and periodic looting almost got out of hand. Stolen goods were recovered. Later, there was a large SAP presence. Majority of stores have closed as a precautionary measure. Situation was brought under control and the crowd left the business area. Situation was still monitored and strategic outlooks were put in place. Day went on without incident.
