NCA SUCCESS REPORT
GP RESPONSE TEAM
07/01/2026

Response members received an urgent call for medical assistance in Mike du Toit Street, Elandspoort.
Upon arrival on scene, members found a 39-year-old female patient with severe injuries. The patient sustained an open fracture to the left leg between the knee and ankle, with bone protruding through the skin. Multiple open wounds were observed on both knees and arms, along with a head injury to the left rear side of the head. The patient’s clothing was torn. A private ambulance arrived on scene but declined to transport the patient and subsequently left the scene. Namola dispatched Gauteng Medical Services (GPG) under Reference Number 100280. Gauteng Ambulance A1281 arrived on scene and assumed medical care. The patient was classified as Priority 2 (P2) and was transported to Kalafong Hospital for further treatment. After the patient was handed over to emergency medical services, reaction members rendered the scene safe by covering the blood spill on the tar road with soil. The scene was thereafter cleared, and members departed.

NCA extends its appreciation to all role players for their prompt response and cooperation.
