NCA SUCCESS REPORT
GP RESPONSE TEAM

Response members received an urgent call for medical assistance at Reddingsdaad, Danville. Upon arrival on scene, members found an approximately 56-year-old female unresponsive. The patient was visibly breathing but showed no response. Medical services dispatched via Namola, Reference number 101103. Gauteng Ambulance A0932 arrived on scene and assessed the patient. The patient was transported to Kalafong Hospital as a P2 priority case. All services subsequently cleared the scene.
