On 20/12/2024, the NCA Response Team received a call regarding an elderly woman in Barnard Street, Kroonstad who had not answered her phone since 16:00. Upon entering the residence, responders discovered that the woman appeared to have suffered a heart attack.
All necessary emergency services were contacted and responded promptly. Upon their arrival, NCA members handed over the case to the medical team and withdrew from the scene.
NCA thanks all involved parties for their swift and efficient response.
