On 22/12/2024, NCA Response Team received a call regarding a fall incident. Upon arrival, responders found that the individual was already deceased. Emergency medical services (EMS) and an undertaker were contacted. NCA Responders stood down once the scene was handed over to the appropriate services.
Later, NCA members responded to a vehicle rollover accident on the Edeville/Kroonstad road. The following was found at the scene:
- 2 patients classified as P1 (Critical)
- 1 patient classified as P4 (Deceased at the scene)
All necessary services were dispatched. EMS attended to the second patient, but despite efforts, the patient later passed away. SAPS took over the scene for further investigation.
