On 24/12/2024, the NCA GP Response Team received a distress call regarding a male experiencing severe breathing difficulties on Millar Street, Danville. Upon arrival at 20:42, responders found a 63-year-old male in need of urgent medical care. First Responders were immediately called for assistance.
An ambulance was dispatched, reference number 101489, with Gauteng Ambulance A1286 arriving at the scene shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, despite efforts to assist, the patient was pronounced dead. A death certificate was issued, and the ambulance withdrew.
Private funeral directors were contacted, and the body was removed from the scene. Response members withdrew at 22:55.
