NCA Responder received a call for assistance in tracking a missing minor.
Response members moved out to KFC Phillipnel Park in Danville. The boy was sitting at the corner table and he immediately responded when he was approached, and his name was said. He looks calm but very cold for he slept in the rain under the bridge. Someone already gave him food and water. Through nonstop communication Response members were informed his parents is on route from North West.
10:35 The mother and stepfather arrived on scene.
