STOLEN IDENTITIES/ FAKE IDENTITY DOCUMENTS/ FAKE BANK ACCOUNTS AND FAKE PROOF OF PAYMENTS
Once again, Specialised Security Services needs to remind the unwitting public of numerous new and second-hand car scams. The perpetrators are part of organized crime groups and should not be underestimated.
