PROJECT ESKOM AND THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE SANDF

Amid a failing economy and nationwide decrepit infrastructure, Eskom’s incapacity to keep the lights on has been haunting businesses and the general public. The threat of a total blackout has been constant for some time since the CEO, Mr Andrè de Ruyter and some high ranking officials of this state owned entity, announced that they are resigning. According to some news articles the government’s committed and indifferent support along with the constant attacks by certain government ministers made it impossible for them to remain in their positions.
