PROJECT STALKING IN MALLS IN THE WEST RAND

Numerous ladies have reported an alarming tendency in malls and smaller shopping centres across the West Rand of being followed, groped or filmed by unknown men. We have also received some reports of women who were manhandled and almost pushed into vehicles.
