PROJECT THE WAR ON LEAKS IS LOST

Almost a decade after the government declared a nationwide “war on leaks” campaign, the country’s purified water supply loss rate has increased by nearly half owing to leaks, theft, or non-payment. In our previous project, we focused on the theft of our water by water tanker syndicates.
