Richard Anthony Mansour continues with his transgressions despite our organisation’s constant warnings. We have even offered our best efforts to help him turn his life around. After warning projects were posted detailing his modus operandi of defrauding unsuspecting victims, he was arrested on Tuesday, 15 March 2022.
