Received a call from a resident of Daleside that there had been a shooting on the bridge and that someone had been shot. Responder arrived on scene when the victim got out of his car and sat down next to the the road with two gunshot wounds, one in the shoulder and one in the head, he was still fully conscious. Responder dispatch EMS. Midvaal fire brigade arrived on scene and start treatment on the patient, when ER24 arrived they took over the treatment of the patient. Victim transported to hospital.
When SAPS Kliprivier took over the scene. Responder left the scene after report was given to SAPS.
