TWO farm gates were stolen between 26 and 27 February 2025 in Grootvlei East. A member of the public noticed on the local Buy & Sell WhatsApp groups that there are gates for sale.
Contact established between advertiser and complainant. Gate was recognised as property of first complaint and the second gate the property of the second complainant. It was agreed to go and visit the persons advertising the gates 03/03/2025, upon departure the police was informed and accompanied Response members, together with other members of Sector.
- On the property the two farm gates were found in question in a storage room. Suspects were taken into custody.
