NCA SUCCESS REPORT
GP RESPONSE TEAM

A vehicle traveling west on Petronella Road turned South onto the R101, directly into the path of an oncoming vehicle traveling north to south on the R101. The second vehicle was unable to stop in time, resulting in a collision.
There were three Priority 3 (P3) patients on scene. The NCA responder arrived shortly after the incident occurred and remained on site until all relevant emergency services were present.
All necessary services were notified, and the patients were transported to a nearby hospital. The scene was cleared, and the responder left after handover.
