Reaction members received an urgent call for assistance in Wenakker Street, Elandspoort. Upon arrival, members requested support from CMS Crime Prevention to access the roof of the house, with the homeowner’s permission. Evidence of recent activity was found, including cigarette butts and stripped geyser wiring. Entry was gained through the inspection door leading to the bathroom.
Members advised the resident to install a more effective alarm system and security cameras.
At 10:08, reaction members left the scene.
