Mr. Patrick Lightfoot paid maintenance from 2010 – 2013, as per a court
interdict issued for R3,800.00 per month.
He stopped paying the monthly maintenance and when the complainant
went back to the Brits maintenance court, Mr. Lightfoot could not be
contacted/traced.
A warrant was issued but has lapsed in the interim.
